No payment is required to complete the assessment. Any applicable membership, treatment, laboratory, or shipping costs will be shown before you authorize payment.
Prescription treatment, laboratory testing, and shipping are not automatically included. When applicable, those costs depend on the individual care plan and will be disclosed before payment is authorized.
Completing an assessment does not guarantee treatment. Independent licensed providers make all clinical and prescribing decisions.

No. Lab testing is not required to get started, although your provider may recommend it based on your individual evaluation. When testing is ordered through your care, results are organized for review by your licensed provider. The technology does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, or replace a licensed provider’s clinical judgment.
No. Laboratory testing ordered as part of an active provider-led care relationship is reviewed by a licensed provider regardless of membership status. Meridian Vitality does not offer automated or standalone laboratory interpretation outside an active clinical encounter.
